Free! Any-Body, Any-Age.

Tai chi is an ancient practice of slow, movements, meditation & breathing exercises.

It’s not fast-paced, or a fat burning workout. Tai chi helps improve blood circulation, alignment, balance and restore energy.

Join Mr. Steve Contes. Instructor and founder of the Chen Taiji Center in New Port Richey, for this free group class.

Steve began training in the martial arts over 50 years ago. Taiji Center opened doors in 1996 with the goal in mind to offer a practical form of self-defense, health and a philosophy that promotes harmony in a sometimes difficult world.

West Pasco Death Café

Tuesday

7/16/19

7:00 PM

HEARTWOOD PRESERVE’S WELCOME CENTER

What is a Death Cafe? A group of people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, enjoy refreshments and discuss death. A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.

A Death Cafe is a scheduled, non-profit get-together to escape the taboo of discussing death & dying.

Death Cafes are still somewhat unusual because death has always been a subject that people rarely to discuss… until someone gives you a comfortable place to do so.

Join us… let’s chat… and eat delicious cake!

Free.

PLEASE RSVP.

Ages 17 + please.
