With the storm approaching we will be closed from Tuesday through Saturday so that our staff can prepare for the storm and be with our families.
We plan to provide updates by Friday, if not sooner. Our re-opening will be based on local road conditions, the safety of our staff, and the condition of the Preserve. Crystal singing bowls are used for sound healing. Studies have shown that sound has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, heartbeat, pulse, digestive system and circulatory system.
Your Guide: Renee Dollar
Renee has over 30 years experience in health and wellness. She conducts various individual and group sound healing sessions throughout the Tampa Bay area. Renee combines multiple healing modalities to create a customized experience for her clients. Her areas of specialty as a holistic practitioner include:

Please bring a Yoga mat or a towel for laying down. Chairs available as well.
