Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation

Whether you are a regular practitioner or new to mindfulness meditation,
we invite you to join us each month for an hour of quiet sitting and walking.
This is a secular form of meditation and all are welcome.

Saturday, April 17, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Maria Sgambati will lead us on this second gathering. Maria is a physician-scientist who has been a practitioner of mindfulness meditation for over 20 years. She will lead us with a combination of sitting and walking meditation, focusing on our breath and being in the present moment.

Bring your own cushion, yoga mat or towel for sitting on floor if you wish.

Chairs are provided.
