Mindfulness & Meditation at Heartwood

Meditation & nature are fantastic ways to ground yourself, connect and get some exercise, in the beautiful natural surroundings of Heartwood Preserve. We will start with a walk in the woods along Heartwood’s nature trails and footpaths listening to the wildlife and all it offers.

After our mindful walk in nature we will have a guided mediation session, outside in the Preserve. This seated mediation will include gentle routines for those who may have limited physical limitations, focusing on breath work & visualization techniques, all guided by Danielle.

Danielle Christina Lee: Encouraged by a friend, Danielle taught her first yoga class in the mountains of Big Bear, California while on a personal development journey. Returning home, she found a local gym to work with a wonderful mentor. She has been teaching at Infinity Fitness and Beyond since September of 2014
Danielle currently teaches Gentle/Hatha Flow, Vinyasa/Power & Therapeutic Aqua Yoga. Danielle is an RYT200 from Pose by Pose Yoga and is currently enrolled in their 500 hour program.

Please feel free to bring your yoga mats, meditation cushion & anything else which will help you to relax.
Message Heartwood or Danielle if you’re up for joining in. These gathering are always free, there are no age restrictions, just your wonderful presence and shared energy.
Looking forward to seeing you on the 18th.
